LV ENGINEERING (LVE, LLC), Henderson, Nevada 1/2002 - Present
    • Commissioned for major projects including essential facilities for City of Las Vegas fire stations.
    • Prepares comprehensive reports required to receive a Certificate of Occupancy.
    • Owns and operates structural engineering company to provide design services for concrete, masonry, steel, welding/bolting and special wood connections.
    • Management duties include project discovery, scope definition, proposal composition, and contract negotiation.
    • Interacts closely with architects, building owners, building maintenance staff, construction trades, city inspection staff and plans checkers.
    • Educates clients in the building process to provide greater awareness of problem areas; meets regularly with entire team to ensure highest quality construction.
